As for my ideas about an unusual Christmas party:
1.I'd like to celebrate it in the forest with as many people as possible
2.Everybody will have a chance to decorate a fur-tree.
3. We all will act an unusial Christmas play.Everybody will get a role.
4.Then we'll choose the most beautifully and originally decorated tree.
5.Of course we'll exchange presents. But some of them we'll have to find according to written directions.
6. The party will be unforgettable by eating hot tasty dishes.

Dear participants!
We would like to invite you to the Christmas party that will take place at our school. It is called "Heaven party". There you will be able to see the scene of the birth of Jesus Christ. Everybody should be in different costumes, for example you may go there in a costume of an angel. Besides this scene, at this party there will be a lot of interesting competitions, for example "Cloud number 9"-there one will have to answer different questions conected with Cristmas; "Angels voiсe"-there we will find out whose voiсe is more beautiful; "Heaven costume"-there we will choose the most original costume. And of course there will be dances and in the very end of the party-beautiful fireworks. We hope you will be able to come.

So, we are having a Christmas party in our school. A lot of students are here. Everybody is excited with the coming holiday.
-So the first competition is called “angel’s voice”. You should sing two songs about Christmas: “Jingle bells” and “We wish you a merry Christmas” (everybody sings these songs)
-Well, everybody is excellent! Let Father Christmas chose who is the best (everybody asks Father Christmas to make his choice; he chooses the best group and gives them presents)
-The second competition is called “who is the wittiest?” (here are some questions to be asked) So answer my questions:
• What is the main custom during Christmas in Russia? (kolaydovanie)
• Why is it called this way? (it is called after an ancient god Kolayda)
• Why the were fires in the streets during Christmas? (to worm a new-born Jesus Christ in a winter night)
• What was read to children at Christmas night? (the Bible)
After these competitions everybody dances in the hall around Christmas tree and nobody wants to leave school.

And what about you? Would you like to attend our party? We hope you will come and you can take your little brothers and sisters, because we have prepared some plays for them too.
We think it will be interesting for them to meet there Harry Potter, Buratino, Baba Yaga, the Russian Tsar and Eastern Princess,who will show you a dance of stomach and many other interesting things...For example, Harry Potter will teach them to play kwiddich...

I am glad to invite you, dear participants, to my Christmas Party!
We are going to have different competitions and shows. For example-musical competition. The point is that our family is very musical: my mum is a teacher of music at Art School; my Granny teaches music and art of music too. My elder brother plays 5 musical instruments. We are going to make a real musical Christmas.I've forgotten to tell you that I play the violin and the piano. We've prepared a musical clip, but I can't download it and my brother is very busy now...May be the next time...

And now my plan:

11.00-14.00 We are going to decorate our house and Christmas fir-tree (ornaments, candles, holiday's toys and Christmas crackers!)

15.00- merry-making of our guests

15.30- the ball in holiday's costumes (we have many presents for the best costumes)Diferrent games, playing forfeits, musical riddles and contests

17.00- Christmas supper and drinks

18.00- quiz nd competitions for children (reding of poems, New Year's puzlles, riddes about winter, making of fir-tree ornaments)

19.00- skating in the yard, playing snowballs

21.00- Departure of the guests

Dear participants and organizers of this beautiful contest!
Thank you very much for such unforgettable holiday.
I take part in Eidos Project for the first time. At first I was afraid not to cope with the tasks.
Then I was involved in the process of thinking and imagination.
The most pleasant task was to make a congratulation card for you.
It’s really great to give presents to the friends.
The task to find a friend from English-speaking countries was unusual. It would be great to get news from other world. I expected to receive letters from pen-friends, but unfortunately I didn’t. I wonder what about the other participants?
As for me I would like to add one more task. It would be great if the participants could create a new Christmas dish, and then explain properly how to cook it. The other members of the competition should choose 3 they like most of all, tried to cook them at home and vote for the most delicious one. The winner is whose dish will have the most voices.
I wish the participants good mood, real friends, love and happiness. Let your life be full of surprises and gifts. Take part in different competitions, improve your English, and enjoy speaking English everywhere.

Thank you for you interesting informtion for me. I think that in this contest I understand how different people have different holidays. In this contest I find new things that can be helpfull for me.

Hello, everyby. We were happy to take part in this course. Everything was interesting and fine. we liked all tasks, but most of all we enjoyed to make a project of the christmas Party. We'd like to say that it was not easy for us to contact through internet because of poor line. We couldn't to have a good comunication with oher perticipants. it was pity.
