Hello Vin Diesel!
How are things? I think what fine because so famous actor violent and interesting life.
My name is Tatiana. I learn in school № 33 from 9 «a» class. I would like to tell you a little about myself. I live in a small town; he name is Komsomolsk-on-Amure. It is considered to be beautiful and a really nice place to live. There are lots of things to do – parks, two swimming pools, and shopping malls. I go to local school. At our school we have different clubs and activities. I go in activities. I am naturally talented. I have a lot of talents. Yet I work so hard. And I achieved much. I am an ace pupil (I got A’s in most subjects) and at the same time I very beautiful paint. I like art and all the time look for an opportunity to express myself. I used to read and talk to my parents and their friends. They do like my works and think that I’ll be very interesting painter. I’m quite good at cooking and help my mother out in the kitchen. The best thing I’ve ever made was vegetable soup with potatoes and onions for my mum and grandmother. They really liked it. What you good cooking? I also think about sense life and with interesting reading philosophical. I won’t that people listen one another and were strive understand this sense.
I also like traveling. But I’ve never been to USA. I’d like to know more about your home town. I would be glad if you sent me some photos.

Dear friends!
We have already dreamed for a long time to have a pen-pal in another country. 2 weeks ago our English teacher told us about an EIDOS-project “A letter to a Foreigner” and we decided to take part in. We sent invitations letters to some schools and the first answer was from YOU! HURRAH! It’s great! Let’s tell you some words about us, our school, our town and our country.
We all are from the 4th form and have been studying English for 3 years. We like it very much and want already to communicate with our age-mates from other countries!
Our class is very creative, funny, smart and friendly. We like doing a lot of things together. Last year we performed a short story in English and showed it to the whole school! It was great!
We like watching cartoons and good films, playing sports, reading interesting films.

I`m very happy that I`ve got a chance to write you a letter! I consider it an honour! I know that you`ve just started to rule in a great country – the USA, and I am a citizen of another mighty state (Russia), want to discuss your policy and the attitude between Russia and the USA.

 «It`s the man who leads the country» – answered anyone around. But I think that the President isn`t only the leader of the state, he is the man who can exactly realize the position of people living in the country. The democracy gives rise to the accord and the understanding between the state and population. I`m sure that it`s the main principle of the formation the state approximates to the ideal. As I know you lead your policy on the wellbeing of people. I support your acts in it. But how do you get the information about the status of all people in the country? What are the sources of it? I`m sure it`s very important if people understand you and accept your policy, then you have more chances to become a real President of the nation! That`s why I hope that you get very good results in your policy!
Russia and the USA
 This world is very changeable. And the connections between countries are difficult. Russia and the USA always were two powerful states in the world. The time changes stereotypes and biases. And that`s why I think that we must forget problems and conflicts between the countries and begin the new attitude like executives. We can get good results together. The Presidents of our countries can combine the efforts to direct the policy of each states to the right ways of administration. We were mighty states and we will be them forever!
 Our countries support the peace around then let`s join our forces on the overcoming the general problems and variances!

Hello my imaginary pen-friend. It`s very difficult to write the letter in the dark. I feel out of place a little. I can`t even pretend your image. Maybe you`re a shy and modest girl who loves animals but on the other hand you can be tempered boy and creating a cool vibe for your classmates. I think like most people I`ve some difficulties to have a talk confidently with strangers and at the same time to be understood in a proper way. I wish everybody excepted me so as I`m in real life. Why can`t I have a chance to do it.
Undoubtedly a person`s life is full of various events both happy and sad. I won`t lie if I say we haven`t seen for the whole life. I mean you-for yours and I for mine. Did smth unforgettable happen in your life, such an unforgettable experience that your heart overflowed with emotions so you`ve ready to share it with a stranger. If it is so, write me! And in my turn I`m going to tell you about an incredible event that has offully shocked me recently.
First of all I’d like to say some words about myself I`m an ordinary Russian guy in the age of 14. I`ll be 15 in March. I live in a private house with my parents. It is situated in a faraway and picturesque area of Russia, South Siberia. No, we`ve not any bears walking along streets and it`s not so frosty as most Europeans think. Our town Sayanogorsk is an up-to-date place. It is young, beautiful with highly developed industries and interesting people.
Not far from our town in the Sayana mountains on the great river Yenisey is constructed the largest on the Eurassian continent Sayno-Shushenskaya Hydro Power Station. When you are on the crest of the dam and look at the water reservoir, you feel as if you were on board of a giant ship.
The blue sky is over your head, the waves are dancing and numerous tops of the mountains look like blue islands. The tourists are impressed by the size and powerful beauty of this construction. The power station produces a tremendous amount of energy which provides people with electricity for thousands km. The mass of water is held by the body of the dam. If the dam broke down the huge and powerful wave would wash away everything on its way and led to terrible consequences to the settlements down the river. You see, our HPS is powerful but on the other hand treacherous. In such conditions I live, just right down the river Yenisey.

The summer holidays are almost over the school will start soon. The 8th form is coming. It`s the 17 of August It was a warm August Morning. Nothing foretold the trouble. Suddenly we knew that smth had occurred at the dam. As the mass media covered it was a terrible breakdown. A powerful burst of water pushed a turbine into the machinery room and flooded the most part of other rooms. It resulted in the death of many people who were working at that moment. The strength of the water spurt was so destructive that turned over metal constructions like matches. Some time latter the town stuck in jams made by the people leaving their homes. My family was among them. I`ll never forget this scare, confusion in the eyes of the adults. We have always lived feeling safe but smth unexpected happened and we were at a loss. As for me I didn`t realize all danger which could occur. I don`t know, if you heard about this disaster. As far as I know all channels of Russian TV as well as the Internet covered it. Even the prime minister visited our place.
More than a month has past. The HPS is reconstructed, the city-dwellers mourn for their relatives. Thank you Man, the of the dam is on its place and still holds thousands cubic meters of water, but everybody felt the threat of danger. Nobody is indifferent to this accident. Since then like each person in our town I`ve not believed that THE HUMAN IS THE MASTER OF THE NATURE as we thought. The HPS had been the symbol of humankind`s victory over chaos, working and bringing income to our state. But now people living here are living over the scare for their life the life of their children. And that`s that! …
Of course I regret that the main part of my letter is full of sad events, but I`m setting my heart on sharing them with my imaginary pen pal. I mean not to complain but describe my feelings because this accident had a deep effect on me.
Of course I realize that a person suffering from a toothache doesn`t worry about the famine in China with million victims. What is more, a boil for a sick man is more painful than 40 earthquakes in Africa.
But I hope you who will read my letter, you will be filled with mercy and my feelings.
Writing this letter I thought hard about the sense of life and realized a wonderful thing-the life is not so predictable and you don`t know what is waiting for you tomorrow, and there is no time to waste it as I did it before. For example, watching boring TV-shows playing computer games and so on. So I don`t want to save money as capital, and then live for pleasure. I think it is a stupid idea to earn more only to spend more. Alas! A lot of Russian people live in a such way. How do you do Rooney? I am Karina. I like football best of all. I started to play football since 7 years old. I think that it is wonderful sport, do you think so? I play in school’s football team. My team is cool. We have a good coach. We have good training with interesting exercises. And what is your favourite exercise?
How do you think can women play football such excellent as you or other great players as Ronaldo, Backham? Some people don’t believe that girls can play football, but all of other girls play better then many boys!
I like to training, and you? I think that impossible to become a good player without everyday trainings. I would like that you become my coach on 1 day. I would like that you show me and my friends some interesting exercise.
