1. My name is Emil Minshakirov; I’m 16 and a half years old. I study at the 10th form. I’ve been living in Nizhnevartovsk – our compact beauty in the heart of the world-wide known Siberia.

2. I can compare myself with William Shakespeare because we have a lot in common. For instance, we were born on the same day – April 23th. As we’ve learned from the history course – Willie died on the day he was born. What am I mentioning this for? Well, I hope that I won’t follow his destiny. Though I don’t write in verse, my teachers are over contented with my compositions and they always say that I’ve been gifted by Shakespeare talent. I guess, that’s not only a compliment, but a reproach because my creations as complicated to read as a great writer’s ones.

3. They say that I turn up as a fountain of wisdom in emergency. Different necessary ideas are like rapidly changing technologies – they’re essential at all times. If today the usage of a standard mobile phone is a part of our life, it doesn’t mean that it’ll keep its features tomorrow. Who knows, maybe tomorrow we’ll use microchips, implanted in our wrist, in order to get easier distanced conversations. This is the way I can be described – always brilliant and simple in use.

4. My age is the age of discoveries. The activity I have now is enough to participate in just everything. So, my main reason why I take part in this contest is – Why not?

5. Whatever I get in the end – triumph or defeat, I do hope to gain new experience that will ensure my victory in the future anyway.

My name is Katya. My surname is Bataeva. I'm 13. I study in the 7th form. I live in Totskoye-2, 4 Kalinin Street, flat 16. My town is situated between Orenburg and Samara. Dear friend,
I’m so happy that I’ve found a pen-pal! I’m glad to write the first letter to you because our correspondence will begin from it.
First of all I’d like to write a little about myself. I hate describing myself but without this information you won’t be able to understand me and my life.
I’m a grown-up dreamer, an adorer of music and musical instruments, attentive reader and a hyperactive girl sometimes. My mood changes like a wind’s direction but I always try to be friendly and composed. I think that I’m an interesting interlocutor although only you can decide if I am right or not.
I’m fond of different music genres such as alternative, rock, j-rock, industrial, post-rock, experimental, indie, cardio-wave, trip-hop, jazz, instrumental music. I’m keen on different bands and respect people who decided to throw in theirs’ lot with music. It’s a pity that I can’t do the same ‘cause I can’t play musical instruments or compose music.
Also I take a great interest in taking photos. I’ve just studied in the photography studio but I moved to a new place last year and had to give up my courses. I felt upset because of this. Now I’m learning to take photos by myself.
My other hobbies are reading, chatting, sometimes – cooking, watching movies and anime – Japan animated cartoons. (Do you know something about it?) I’ll write about them if you ask me too.
The latest thing about me in this letter – I’m a person with sense of humor, so different funny and absurd situations are always happened with me and I like it.
And what about you, my dear pen-friend? What are your hobbies and interests, what music genres do you prefer, can you play any musical instruments? What about your education, do you attend school/the university/college/courses or something else? And what about your family and friends? I want to know more about you so will you write me answers on all my questions, please!

I told that I am the biggest fan of rap music. He was born in 1974 in 17th of October in Kansas-city. When he was a child he lived in ghetto.
Marshall Mathers some times was awarded nomination “Man of the year” and “The best rapper in the world”! When he was young he took part in different hip-hop competitions.
