Уважаемые участники конкурса и локальные координаторы!

Приглашаю вас поделиться своими впечатлениями от конкурса, высказать свои пожелания и идеи.

Итоговая рефлексия может выполняться по желанию участника на иностранном или русском языках.

Hello! I very much like to take part in this competition. Performing works, I felt the big responsibility and excitement.
I pass these Olympic Games that it is better to learn English language and to win. The basic difficulty has caused in me to be defined what to write, after all if to write all thoughts also weeks will not suffice!
Remarks to competition at me are not present, only I wish, that such competitions became even more.

As for me it was my first experience in the Internet projects. I am very fascinated with the activity. First, I was so busy that I didn't expected it to be so full of different tasks. Second, I tried and I could do it. I am very thankful my teacher for help. It was my teacher who wanted me to take part in the competition. Third, I didn't hope I could do it myself because I had difficult moments with the Internet. We live in the country and connection is not always good. I would like to make a presentation in POWER POINT but I could not send it. I tried many times. Thank you very much for organising it. I would like to participate more.

I tried to articulate my view about the competition in English, но увы у меня не получилось...
поэтому напишу по-русски.
Конкурс изначально меня привлек своей масштабностью, т.к. он Всероссийский, и я хотел попробовать свои силы в сравнении с уровнем других детей, подростков. Помимо этого я хотел сделать достоточно объемную презентацию, задействовав новые решения, так в процессе ее подготовки я ознакомился с основами многих программ и это огромный +.
Но у меня есть несколько недовольств.
Первое - затянутость конкурса, согласен что это сделано специально, чтобы участники начали общаться с друг другом и в какой то мере вам это удалось, но мое мнение - слишком долго.
2ое. я не стал принимать участие ни в 4ом, ни в 5ом конкурсе т.к. мне не хотелось отвечать шаблонными фразами на все работы...я хотел увидеть как похвалу так и критику, но 2ого я не увидел. жаль. в одном посту я попробовал окритиковать сочинение и был поддержан GNN, за что Им спасибо.
и еще хотелось бы знать заранее о размере презентации, т.к. исходный файл моей презентации был за 100мб, но так как данный файлообменник ограничивается 50 мб, то мне пришлось жертвовать качеством...
начав свое участие в конкурсе я даже и не думал о каком либо призовом месте, да честно скзать и сейчас не думаю, для меня было главное сравнить себя и других, попробовать свои возможности на таких масштабах.
я считаю что я свои задачи выполнил, поэтому я доволен!)
спасибо организаторам за такой конкурс!

Dear Yana! Your presentation is nice! We really like it, but sometimes it is difficult to read because of speed ... From the other hand-everything is moving, changing quickly, the music is nice... But ...it is difficult to follow the words...and there are some mistakes (as all of us do)...
Thank you for invitation to visit your town, it could be very interesting, but...impossible.
We hope to communicate with you after the end of the project and we must say that this contest was great because we made friends with many participants and had a good language practice.

Hello! I participate in such competitions for the first time and first of all I wish to tell many thanks to organizers of this competition. Very much it was pleasant to me. I communicated with participants of competition on a foreign language much, have learnt about other schools and much another. I think, yet time we will meet participants of this competition in similar competitions! I wish all good luck in all undertakings!

I’m so happy because I participate at this competition. It really helps us to practice English. Besides we met new persons and we showed what we can. And we saw what our rivals can. I’m sure every participant would like to get awards for it. I would like too but in my opinion all pupils took part in the competition and it is main. We can tell about our school and read about participants’ schools, we asked each other different questions.
I like this competition and I’ll take part at similar competitions.

Hello everybody!
As for me, I am very pleased to participate in this project. Through it I learned more clearly express their thoughts in a foreign language, met a lot of new friends. What I felt doing the tasks? I was curious, because every task was something special but all together its helped all parties to show his best side, show all their creative abilities.
In the future I hope to take part in the same competition and not in the same

Hello!
General impression from competition - good. I the first time participate in the Internet - competitions, especially such scale.
I did not pursue prize-winning places - the main participation.
I would like to try the opportunities and to learn opinion of other children on the work. I have tried and have learned. I shall consider on the future all advice.
There are wishes to organizers of competition. In my opinion competitions such should is spent in equal age categories. Otherwise it turns out unfairly.
At 17 years and knowledge and opportunities will be more, than at 8 or 12 years.
Once again, MANY THANKS to All organizers and participants of competition.

Buchvalova Dasha, the 10th form, school 6 “Challenge”
Participating in the contest “My school is my castle” was very interesting and educational for me – I have essentially improved my English, especially my speaking skills. I really enjoyed composing the essay about my school and responds to the letters of the pupils of the other schools and answering their questions. To write an essay was a bit difficult, but exiting. While working at it I felt some lack of lexis, which was needed to describe my feelings and opinions on a school life, so I had to find it out. As a result, I have known a lot of useful words which I use in my speech today. To my mind it is a great advantage of this project. I had a lot of fun while chatting with other contestants, it was very interesting to know about their schools, in what way our schools differ, and what similarities do they have. It was very curious to see what were the opinions of other people on school, to compare them with ours, to see on what aspects we agree and in what differ. I enjoyed taking part in this project and would like to try myself one more time.

I am glad that I took part in the project “My school is my castle”. The contest was well organized and had a very good idea. This project made us practice English, work with computer and the Internet, so we improved our skills and knowledge. It gave us an opportunity to communicate with pupils and children who learn English as we do at school. But the best was a chance to make our friendship stronger and to make new friends using English.

I liked this competition it gave a lot of useful experience. Of course there were some rather difficulties, but in general it was interesting and exiting. I’m glad that I have taken parting this contest. Due to it my English is getting better. I’m very greatful to organizers of this competition for such a good idea.

I quite like cliffrent contests and competitions, where I am able to show my skills and abilities. Unfortunately Lost of them. Are not too different from each other. But this one was really interesting and unique. I haven’t taken part in such contests before. Chatting with other participants was rather exiting and new. I have seen enough of team work and fresh ideas there. I think, we didn’t fall behind other teams and made a good work. So I’m satisfied of taking part in this contest and I became more succeed in English due to this.

I was upset, when I learnt that this contest would take place during the holidays. But I was not disappointed. This contest gave me many positive emotions, new impressions. I found new friends and creative ideas. Project helped me improve my English, learn new expression and idioms and get in touch with interesting people. You start with you’d like to mention that the pupils were glad to that part in the project “Our school is the castle”. The contest was well organization, the tasks were logically arranged. The couthest, aimed at developing language and commune captive’s skills really gave the pupils a good chance of practicing English. It helped them answer the question why they learned English. The pupils also made new friendship. But appreciating the contest you can’t help sating that the pupils met with some difficulties. Sometimes they didn’t have enough necessary words to word couiationuns to express their thoughts some of them had problems with using computer. And they were pressed for time as well. In general I enjoyed my pupils’ participating in the contest. They got more interested in mastering the language and developing computer skills.

Я хочу сказать,что этот конкурс превзошел все мои ожидания.Я думала, что это будет один из многих кокурсов,а оказалось все наоборот.Я получила огромнейший заряд энергии, опыта, нашла единомышленников.Это участие в кокурсе помогает мне вырасти в духовном плане.Я обогатилась нвыми знаниями.Спасибо большое организаторам конкурса.

На этот конкурс можно посмотреть с 2 сторон. С одной стороны он принес радостные впечатления. Мы посмотрели как в целом кто говорит,ведь это же интересно. Мы на учились высказывать свои мысли,хоть и наигранно. Хотя твоерческого я тут ничего не увидела. Все это вошло может быть у нас в обыденность, потому что в лицее мы делаем частенько примерно тоже самое. Мне не понравилась затянутость конкурса. Не понравилось то,что у нас есть какие то определенные рамки нашего творчества. Все должно быть по шаблому. А разве у настоящего художника должны быть какие-либо ограничеия? думаю нет. Еще мне не понравилось то,что тут странная система оценки и иногда просто не ясно что и почему. Хотя в целом остались положительные эмоции. Спасибо Всем))
P.S:простите что по-русски. Просто не выразить мне тех эмоций на английском. Тут уж,чтобы так выражаться нужем опыт проживания в стране,где на таком языке говорят...а пока....такого не было.

Dear friends, I am very glad that agreed to participate in this project. I got a huge charge of emotion. Despite the difficulties in some jobs, we still fought and marched forward. I'm very happy, because it talked to so many interesting people, learned about some different features, in its different schools. And also I improved my knowledge of English.
I hope that the next such competition, we'll meet again

I wish to tell some words about this project...
It was very interesting to me to take part at this competition. Besides, it was my first competition of this size. And I think that it is the best pleasure - pleasure of your own successes and achievements. Ability to trust in itself and to cope with a problem is - one of my motto!
I wish to express gratitude words Organizers of competition - for this remarkable idea - My school is my castle!

Jenya, we think you will be the best or one of the best. But we agree that it is rather difficult to wait for results. Especially when you had some difficulties with sending of your presentation. The point is that we had the same problems as you-we made a very "heavy" presentation and we had to cut it into small pieces and even then we couldn't sent it in time, but we really tried.
As for the whole contest-we like it greatly, but may be you are right speaking about the length of the project and it will be better to make it shorter. From the other hand we had an opportunity to overcome a flu...
And of course we agree with you that it would be better to hear not only what the other participants like in your work, but what they don't like too. As for us we even don't know if it is possible to open our presentation! Please, if somebody will be able to open it-let us know!

Thank you very much everybody for pleasant communication, especially Kurnosov007, Julia Valeryevna and Star 5! We saw only Jenya's presentation yet. We like it, but we'll tell you what we think about it when we see the other works.

And of course we'd like to say 'thank you' to all organizers of this project and hope to meet on the other contests!

When I was proposed to participate in this contest, I doubted. The first reason
was the end of the term, it was necessary to improve marks on some subjects.
The second reason - the school holidays, it was necessary to to have a rest, to
watch TV,to speak with friends,to go for a walk and to have a good sleep.
First I did not see anything interesting for me, it was boring. I simply
carried out of the task. But then it became interesting for me to meet with
people, to read about their schools, to correspond with the friends and new
acquaintances, to make comments and estimate works of others, to represent my
works, to read comments on my works, to answer them. During my school holidays I h
used to open forum's pages every morning, to search for any new messages
addressed to me, or new works of participants which could be commented and
estimated.
May be I am mistaken, but it seems to me that the theme "School" is narrow for
discussion. It would be more interesting to learn also about cities in which the
participants live, it would be desirable to hear more about their interests.
I think that this experience, which I gained participating in this competition
(in the writing of compositions, in the estimation of works, in the creation of
presentations) will be useful for me in my future.
I wish to express gratitude to organizers and teachers, for the idea of this
competition, for its embodiment in a reality, for a clear explanations of tasks.

Батаева Катя, 7А класс, Зареченская классическая гимназия, Тоцкое-2.
В целом мне очень понравился конкурс. Интересные участники, интересные задания. Я научилась составлять буклет, правильно общаться с участниками.
Я поняла, что главное не победа и участие, а повышение своих навыков английского языка.
Мне очень понравилось работать на форуме и собирать информацию. Раньше я не знала, что наш директор прыгнула с парашютом более 500 раз! Вообще это очень интересно и занимательно узнавать новое про свою родную школу, учителей и учеников.
Испытывала я конечно чувство интереса и радости. Где-то я испытывала усталость и даже грусть, но со временем это проходило, а именно тогда, когда мы заходили на форум.
Мне кажется что замечания и предложения здесь не нужны. Мы работали совместно и слаженно, каждый внёс в работу частичку своей души.

Захарова Ангелина 7А класс, Зареченская классическая гимназия, Тоцкое-2.
Это был очень интересный конкурс и даже жалко, что он заканчивается. Многому научилась мы в области английского языка и информатики. Создание буклетов на компьютере – это было очень неординарно и интересно. Общаться на форме - это тоже прикольно. Придумывать креативные решения мне понравилось больше всего!
Трудности заключались не в самой работе, а скорое всего в том, что мы должны были найти общий язык друг с другом. Когда мы делали эту работу, многое происходило с нами, казалось бы, что в этом такого, но за это время мы все и смеялись и расстраивались, не много спорили друг с другом. Но ведь не бывает всё идеально, и поэтом мы старались найти компромисс. В общем, было много разных эмоций! Этот конкурс помог нам сблизится и показать то, что мы можем работать вместе, порой были разные мнения, но это нам не помешало!
Себе я бы сказала что, работая в группе нужно соглашаться с мнением других, то, что это всё тяжело, но возможно, но самое главное не ленится и принимать участие в таких конкурсах и дальше. К организаторам есть только одна просьба, чтобы конкурсы были растянуты немного на большое количество времени.

Мне понравилась эта работа. Я научилась делать буклет, мы все научились работать в команде. В команде работать сложнее, но интересней и занимательней. Мне понравилась работа на форуме. Мы общались, узнавали какие школы у других участников этого конкурса. В нашей команде были трудности с буклетом у каждого свое мнение как его оформить ,но всем надо было идти на уступки, чтобы у нас получился по настоящему красивый буклет .Очень приятно сейчас смотреть на буклет который мы сделали , каждый из нас приложил свои усилия , и я считаю , что сделали буклет и оформили его достойно нашей гимназии.

Халецкая Таня 7А класс, Зареченская классическая гимназия, Тоцкое-2.
В общем конкурс мне очень понравился. Задания очень интересные и необычные. Интересно было переписываться с другими участниками. Благодаря этому конкурсу, я научилась делать буклет. У меня появилось желание выучить английский в совершенстве.
Наибольший интерес у меня вызвал буклет. Мне очень понравилось с ним работать и составлять текст по-английски.
Интересно было сидеть на форуме. Благодаря этому конкурсу каникулы прошли очень интересно, я многому научилась, и появилось желание выучить английский язык так, что бы свободно общаться как письменно, так и устно с другими ребятами.

Клинсков Влад, 7А класс, Зареченская классическая гимназия, Тоцкое-2.

Конкурс был очень интересным. Я узнал много новых фактов об истории нашей гимназии, об учителях. Конечно, в буклет мы поместили не всю информацию – того, что мы собрали, хватит на целую книгу! Появилось желание создать фильм о жизни в нашей гимназии. Ну и, конечно, я научился более свободно выражать свои мысли на английском языке.
