Hi all!
I am Nikita Trofimov. I live in Zheleznodorozhyi (It is not far from Moscow) and I am studying in the tenth form of the gymnasium №9.
I enjoy English very much, I have already been learning it for nine years! I often take part in different olimpiads. Furthermore, I have succeeded in some of them;-) For example, I took the first place in "British Bulldog" at my school! As for Eidos I am taking part in it third time and ,unfortunately, I didn't win last times.. So I am taking part again and I am going to improve my results!!
First of all, my aim is to check my knowledge . I also want to do interesting tasks and give the best answers for them!!
I hope my creativity and diligence will help me to gain these aims:-)

Oh, I’m so tired of doing this Olympiad. Sometimes it was very difficult and I’ve never do tasks like translating poems, but I think I did it not bad. I think I completed all tasks equally well. Most positive emotions were in the exercise #2. This song was very positive, with hot and bright colours. I can only say that you should always seek for your aims, and then everything will be completed good.

That olympiad was really GREAT!!! Most of all I liked task4 because it is interesting to know something from our past. Speaking about other tasks, all these tasks were very interesting and funny, when I did them I was laughing. They weren't difficult for me. Thanks that olympiad I received only positive emotions.

Hello guys. I am pleased to welcome you on this great forum! My name is Maria and I am a student in Grade 10 at the Gymnasium № 1. I'm 16 and I live in a wonderful and great capital of the Far East Khabarovsk. As I know it is one of the most beautiful and developed city. I love my city and I'm proud that I live in it!I'm learning English for almost 9 years. But I have a lot to learn. That's why I try to Accepted part in all contests. Most of all I like to read books in English. This is very interesting especially if it proizvedeie Russian writer. Of course, some of the words are new to me and so you have to constantly look in the dictionary, but my wonderful teacher says that the more you look in the dictionary, the better you remember the word.We live in a world where we need to be interested in not only  the culture of their country, but also neighboring countries, so I decided to take part in the competition. I think that with the aid of such competitions like this one, we learn more and more about the UK. Of course, to handle such difficult competition helps me support my parents and friends. They support me and help if something does not work. I think that without them I would not have happened.I wish all participants good luck and I hope that everyone will be able to overcome the difficulties with the translation and of course new discoveries in English!

Мне очень понравилось второе задание, оно очень необычное. Мне очень понравилось петь весёлую песню , песня подняла мне настроение. Она очень весёлая и яркая. Но мне с трудом удалось четвёртое задание. Я долго думала, и вскоре я написала потешку. Мне очень понравилась эта олимпиада. Она доставила мне много позитивных эмоций. Она очень интересная и местами немножко трудная.
